1. Samples： We offer free samples, however, free shipping is not offered.
2. Customized Samples: Customized samples are not free, and shipping is extra. However, we will refund the sample cost if you place an order.
We usually ship samples via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 days. Alternatively, we can also arrange airline or sea shipping based on your preferences.
Our products are produced under strict quality control standards. However, if any defective products are found, we will replace them according to the quantity of the defective item.
